Swig Fall Menu 2026: Every Drink, Price and Calorie Count

The Swig fall menu for 2026 has three new drinks and a cookie. They are Spice Spice Baby, Caramel Apple Elixir, Autumn Blush and the Mini Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies. Last fall's Dr Spice is back too. Swig started the fall menu on September 1, 2026, and later added two Halloween "potions", Crimson Cauldron and Midnight Hex. Below is what's in each one, its price at every size, and its calories.

Swig fall drinks and prices

This table covers every fall and Halloween drink sold by the ounce. Prices are the median across 178 stores. Most stores are within a few cents of it, and the most expensive are up to about 35 cents higher.

Midnight Hex is a Swig Energy drink, so it comes in Small ($3.49), Medium ($5.25) and Large ($6.99). Swig's online ordering menu shows each drink's Kid's Cup (12 oz) price. That's why a "$4.35" Spice Spice Baby rings up at $5.29 for a 32 oz. Our page on Swig sizes and prices explains how each cup size is priced.

The fall drinks, one by one

All four are Swig dirty sodas or Refreshers you can change when you order.

Spice Spice Baby

Dr Pepper with vanilla, cinnamon, pumpkin pie sauce, half and half and a cinnamon stick. It tastes like a creamy, spiced pumpkin soda. A 32 oz is $5.29. Swig lists 160 to 590 calories. Swapping to Diet Dr Pepper or Dr Pepper Zero costs nothing at any store we checked.

Caramel Apple Elixir

Diet Mountain Dew blended with green apple syrup, green apple puree and frozen apples, then topped with caramel drizzle. It's a tart, slushy apple drink. Blending a soda adds $1.50 at every Swig store. That makes it the priciest fall drink at 32 oz, at $5.99. The diet base doesn't make it light: Swig lists 300 to 580 calories.

Autumn Blush

A Refresher: still water with apple and raspberry syrups, mango puree and vanilla cream. Fruity and creamy, with no soda. At $4.79 for 32 oz it's the cheapest of the three new fall drinks. Swig lists 120 to 430 calories.

Dr Spice (back from last fall)

Dr Pepper with cinnamon, coconut, a cinnamon stick and half and half. Swig's Instagram calls it last year's favorite fall drink, and all 178 stores list it again this year. It's cheaper than Spice Spice Baby at $4.64 for 32 oz, and Swig lists 140 to 490 calories.

Swig Halloween drinks

Swig's homepage lists these under "Wickedly Good Sips" as limited-time potions. Swig doesn't publish calories for either one.

Crimson Cauldron

Sprite with strawberry and pineapple syrups, mango puree and strawberry popping pearls. It's fruity and fizzy with little bursting pearls. A 32 oz is $4.89 at the middle-priced store, and $4.65 to $5.19 across all stores.

Midnight Hex

Swig Sugar Free Energy with blue raspberry, green apple and watermelon. It's the only fall or Halloween drink on a sugar-free base. Swig doesn't say whether the three syrups are sugar-free. A Medium is $5.25 at most stores and $4.75 at the rest.

Mini Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Swig's fall cookie is a soft mini pumpkin spice cookie with chocolate chips. A cup of 6 is $3.99 and lists 480 calories. A Party Pack of 30 is $17.95. Every store we checked has both. See Swig cookies and treats for the rest of the cookie menu.

When the Swig fall menu starts and ends

The 2026 fall menu started on September 1, 2026, according to Swig's own Instagram launch post. Swig calls it "limited time" and hasn't given an end date. Swig has posted a winter menu after fall in past years, so these drinks will likely leave when that arrives. We'll update this page when the menu changes. Lighter picks from the fall menu

None of the fall drinks is low in calories. Autumn Blush has the lowest listed figure, 120 calories at the smallest size. Midnight Hex uses a sugar-free energy base, but Swig doesn't publish its calories.

You can lighten any fall drink yourself. Swapping to Diet Dr Pepper or Dr Pepper Zero costs nothing extra. Sugar-free vanilla costs the same as regular vanilla at every store we checked.
