Swig Sizes and Prices: Every Cup Size in Ounces

Swig sizes are the same for every soda, Refresher and sweet tea: a 12 oz Kid's Cup, 16 oz, 24 oz, 32 oz and 44 oz. Swig Energy drinks come in Small, Medium and Large instead. Here's what each size costs and which one gives you the most drink for your money.

Median price across 178 Swig stores, checked October 15, 2026. Your store may differ by up to about 35 cents.

A plain soda is one soda base with no add-ons. A plain Refresher is water with no flavors added. The Texas Tab shows a typical dirty soda, Dr Pepper with vanilla and coconut cream. There's no 20 oz cup at Swig, whatever some sites and search summaries say.

How much is a 32 oz Swig drink?

A plain 32 oz soda is $2.79 at the middle-priced store, and $2.45 to $2.89 across all stores. A 32 oz Texas Tab is $3.84, and $3.55 to $4.04 across all stores.

• 16 oz: $1.99 for a plain soda, $3.04 for a Texas Tab.
• 24 oz: $2.55 for a plain soda, $3.60 for a Texas Tab.
• 44 oz: $2.99 for a plain soda, $4.04 for a Texas Tab.

Why the menu price is lower than what you pay for a bigger cup

Swig's online ordering menu shows each drink's Kid's Cup (12 oz) price first. So a Texas Tab listed at $2.90 costs $3.84 if you pick a 32 oz.

Every dirty soda is priced the same way: the cup plus each add-on. For a 32 oz Texas Tab at the middle-priced store, that's a $2.79 cup, plus $0.40 for vanilla, plus $0.65 for coconut cream, for $3.84.

Add-on prices depend on the store. A flavor syrup is $0.40 or $0.45. A cream or puree is $0.65 or $0.70. Blending is $1.50 at every store. Because the add-ons stay the same as you size up, a bigger cup only adds the cup's own price.

Which Swig size is the best value?

The 44 oz is the cheapest per ounce, every time. A plain soda drops from about 15 cents an ounce in the Kid's Cup to about 7 cents in the 44 oz.

Going from 32 oz to 44 oz adds 12 ounces for 20 cents at the middle-priced store. That's the cheapest step up per ounce on the menu.

Swig Energy sizes: Small, Medium and Large

Swig Energy drinks are sold as Small, Medium and Large, not in ounces. Swig's ordering menu doesn't list the ounces for each size, and Swig doesn't publish caffeine amounts, so we don't give either.

Refresher and sweet tea sizes

Refreshers and sweet tea come in the same five cups as sodas. At the typical store, a plain Refresher is 10 to 20 cents less than a plain soda at each size, from $1.65 for 12 oz to $2.89 for 44 oz. Sweet tea costs the same as a Refresher at every store that sells it, and 109 of the 178 stores do. See Swig Refreshers for the drinks.

Do Swig prices change by location?

Yes. A 44 oz plain soda ranges from $2.65 to $3.09. There are three common price levels: $2.69 at 56 stores, $2.99 at 88 stores and $3.09 at 33 stores. Utah stores are the cheapest, though most Oklahoma stores match them.

A Swig Kid's Cup is 12 oz. It's Swig's smallest drink size and the price shown first for each drink on its online menu.

How big is a Swig medium? Swig sodas don't come in small, medium and large. They're sold by ounces, from 12 oz to 44 oz. Only Swig Energy uses Small, Medium and Large, and Swig doesn't list their ounces.

Is the 44 oz the biggest Swig drink? Yes for sodas, Refreshers and sweet tea. Swig doesn't list ounces for Swig Energy sizes.

Does Swig list calories by size? No. Swig lists one calorie range per drink, not a figure for each size. See Swig nutrition facts.

Do all Swig drinks come in every size? Sodas, Refreshers and sweet tea come in all five sizes. Swig Energy comes in three. Hot chocolate comes in one.
