Swig Allergen Menu: What Swig Publishes and What's in Each Drink

Not medical advice. This page reports what Swig publishes, what its own menu descriptions list, and what a named allergy-focused source has found. If you have a food allergy, confirm every ingredient with the store before you order.

Swig doesn't publish an allergen menu. On October 17, 2026, swig.com's menu and FAQ had no allergen chart, ingredient list or nutrition link, and we found no allergy option attached to any menu item in Swig's online ordering. What you can check is the ingredient list in each drink's menu description, which we pulled from Swig's ordering menu at 178 stores on October 15, 2026.

Does Swig have an allergen menu?

No, not one you can find. On October 17, 2026, swig.com had no allergen or nutrition link on its menu page, and its FAQ didn't mention allergens.

Swig's online ordering system does contain an "Allergies" option list. It names Nuts, Peanuts, Eggs, Fish, Shellfish, Soybeans, Wheat, Milk, Diabetic and Other. We found that list in all 180 menus we downloaded from Swig's ordering system (the 178 stores we price, plus a Swig corporate menu and a training menu), but it wasn't attached to a single drink or treat in any of them, so tell the store directly, at the window or by phone.

Go Dairy Free, a dairy-free food site, reports that Swig has an internal allergen chart and that the chart contains errors on the creamers (Alisa Fleming, updated August 2026). We haven't seen that chart, and it isn't on Swig's website.

Is Swig's coconut cream dairy-free?

No, not for a milk allergy. Go Dairy Free reports that Swig's coconut and vanilla "creams" are Coffee Mate creamers. They are lactose-free but contain milk protein (micellar casein), so they aren't dairy-free or vegan. The same source says Swig's allergen chart listed them as not containing dairy, which it calls an error.

Lactose-free and dairy-free aren't the same thing. Lactose-free means the milk sugar has been removed; the milk protein is still there. If you avoid dairy for any medical reason, ask your doctor and the store before ordering drinks with these creamers.

On Swig's menu, these are the add-ins whose names describe a cream:

Add-in on Swig's menu Price per add-in (Oct 15, 2026)
Coconut Cream $0.65 or $0.70, depending on the store
Vanilla Cream $0.65 or $0.70
Half & Half $0.65 or $0.70
Chocolate Strawberry Cream $0.65 or $0.70
Whipped Cream $0.50

Swig's menu descriptions sometimes say "Creme" instead of "Cream", for example on Buttery Beer ("Vanilla Creme"). We count both.

Swig's online ordering menu, October 15, 2026. Busta Limes was on the menu at only 2 stores; sweet tea is sold at about 108. A description lists ingredients, not allergens.

A drink on this list isn't automatically dairy-free:

  • Syrups and drizzles can contain milk. Go Dairy Free reports that English Toffee syrup contains milk. Caramel Apple Elixir has a "Caramel Drizzle", and Swig doesn't list its ingredients.
  • Gummy sharks are "not vegan", according to Go Dairy Free.
  • The Swig Energy base and popping pearls have no published ingredient list from Swig.
  • Any drink can pick up traces from shared equipment. Go Dairy Free notes there is always a risk of cross-contact in a commercial kitchen.

If you're cutting out the creamers, you can ask for a drink without the cream add-ins. See Swig Refreshers for the water-based drinks.

Swig food and treats

Swig's own descriptions show which treats contain milk ingredients by name. Go Dairy Free adds a few more:

Item What Swig's menu says What Go Dairy Free reports
Sugar Cookie "topped with smooth buttermilk frosting" All Swig cookies contain milk
Coconut Lime Sugar Cookie "creamy coconut frosting" All Swig cookies contain milk
Mini Chocolate Chip Cookies "made with a mix of milk chocolate and semi-sweet chips" All Swig cookies contain milk
Mini Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies (seasonal) No ingredient list on the menu All Swig cookies contain milk
Kid's Cookie "One mini frosted Sugar Cookie" All Swig cookies contain milk
Salted Pretzel Bites "Warm, buttery, salted pretzel bites" Swig told the site they're made without dairy
White Cheddar dip "Warm White Cheddar Cheese Dip" Dairy-based
Strawberry Cream Cheese dip "Cold Strawberry Cream Cheese Dip" Dairy-based
Hot chocolate No ingredient list on the menu Contains milk, per ingredients Swig sent the site

Swig's ordering menu, October 15, 2026; Go Dairy Free, updated August 2026.

The pretzel bites are a good example of why you should ask. Swig's own menu calls them "buttery", but Swig reportedly told Go Dairy Free they're made without dairy. Swig doesn't list ingredients for its cookies or pretzel bites. Baked goods like these are normally made with wheat flour, so treat them as containing wheat unless the store shows you otherwise. Prices and calories for every treat are on the Swig food menu page.

Gluten, nuts, soy and eggs at Swig

Swig publishes nothing on gluten, tree nuts, peanuts, soy or eggs. Its ordering menu lists them only as unused allergy options. Claims online that Swig's syrups are gluten-free or nut-free don't cite a Swig source, so we don't repeat them.

What we can say:

  • Swig doesn't list ingredients for its cookies or pretzel bites. Baked goods like these are normally made with wheat flour, so treat them as containing wheat unless the store shows you otherwise.
  • No current drink description names nuts, peanuts, soy or egg as an ingredient. Descriptions don't list what's inside each syrup, cream or base, though.
  • Many drinks contain coconut syrup or coconut cream. If coconut is a concern for you, ask the store.
  • Several drinks are blended (Caramel Apple Elixir, Passion Swirl, per Swig's descriptions). Blenders are often shared, and Go Dairy Free warns there is always a cross-contact risk in a commercial kitchen.

For celiac disease or a nut allergy, the only reliable answer is the ingredient label, from the store, for each syrup, puree, cream and base in your drink.

How to order at Swig with a food allergy

  1. Order at the window or by phone, not in the app. We found no allergy option attached to any item in Swig's online ordering.
  2. Say the allergy before you order and ask for the ingredient label of every syrup, puree, cream and base in the drink.
  3. Choose a drink whose description lists no creams, or remove the cream add-ins.
  4. Skip blended drinks and toppings if cross-contact matters to you.
  5. Check again when the menu changes. Seasonal drinks come and go (see the fall menu), and recipes can change.

FAQ

Is Swig's coconut cream dairy-free? No. Go Dairy Free reports that it's a lactose-free Coffee Mate creamer that contains milk protein. The same applies to vanilla cream.

Does Swig have an allergen menu? Not on its website, checked October 17, 2026. Its ordering system has an allergy option list, but it isn't attached to any menu item.

Is Swig gluten-free? Swig hasn't published gluten information. It doesn't list ingredients for its cookies or pretzel bites, but baked goods like these are normally made with wheat flour, so treat them as containing wheat. For drinks, ask the store for the label of each syrup and add-in.

Is Swig vegan-friendly? Swig doesn't label any drink vegan, and it doesn't publish ingredients for its syrups, Swig Energy base or pearls. Go Dairy Free says the creamers contain milk protein and the gummy sharks are not vegan. Ask the store about everything else.

Can I add an allergy note in the Swig app? We found no allergy option attached to any menu item in Swig's online ordering on October 15, 2026. Tell the store directly either way.
