What's in a Pink Bahama

Swig's online ordering menu lists it as: Fresca + Peach + Strawberry + Raspberry + Fresh Lemon.

In plain words, the Pink Bahama is Fresca with three fruit syrups (peach, strawberry and raspberry) and fresh lemon. It has no cream and no puree. Swig's menu doesn't say which Fresca flavor it uses; Coca-Cola calls its Grapefruit Citrus Fresca "the original no sugar, no calorie sparkling beverage" on its Fresca page.

Swig introduced it as new in June 2023: its TikTok account posted "our NEW Pink Bahama Drink" on June 22, 2023. It's still on the menu at all 178 stores we priced in October 2026, and it isn't one of Swig's four seasonal drinks on the current menu. It's one of the 40 Swig dirty sodas.

Swig lists the Pink Bahama at 25 to 80 calories. That's one range for the whole drink across all five sizes; Swig doesn't publish a count for each size, so we don't give one.

Ranked by the top of Swig's calorie range, it's one of the five lightest of the 40 dirty sodas. Save Me Jade (0) and the Big Al (15 to 40) are lighter, and The Founder and This Bliss also top out at 80. Six of the 40 have no calories listed.
