In plain words, it's Sprite with pineapple and watermelon syrups and strawberry popping pearls. The pearls are an add-in on Swig's menu, listed as "Strawberry Pearls" with the purees and creams. Its menu build lists no cream. The name is sometimes spelled "Popping Pineapple".

Swig has been posting it since at least August 2022. Its TikTok account shared "It's time to try the Poppin' Pineapple" on August 30, 2022, and an at-home how-to on February 23, 2023. It's one of the 40 Swig dirty sodas.
